MAC 10s are all over the place...they're cheap, effective, and reliable. But you're right, they are near/in Russia, and the PP90 is a Russian gun.

Although why you'd use one is beyond me.

The boat Mithril is using is slightly...incompatible. The problem is, basically, its size. Its length along the beam prohibits the diving and rising times needed by their operations. In order to dive or rise in any respectable amount of time, they'd have to plane down at such an angle it would throw...
