It's the whispered girl from ep. 1 Kaname was seeing, I'm positive. Notice her hair, her bangs are totally different from Kaname's. I think it makes sense since whispers are supposed to be mentally linked at some level...(good example can be seen at the end of the first season, with Tessa and Kaname)

And don't forget Full Metal Panic! Overload( 5 volumes)
It came after the first 9 manga. It's very funny, much like Fumoffu.
I bought all 5 volumes from local bookstore.
