FMP:TSR Vol.2

Post by MegaDaffy »

Any thoughts or opinions here?

I think that what I've seen so far is good and keeps up the usual good quality that FMP has.

The labels were also fixed as well.

The only problem was ADV or Funimation some how thought it would be funny to have the hair salon guy from episode 006 sound like one of the "fab five" from the show "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy". :sousuke:

Actually... that IS funny. :-D

Despite how good the release may be, it should have been 4 episodes. 3 episodes for 29.99 isn't a good idea now that most offer 4-5, or when they do have 3 episodes, the MSRP is 19.99-24.99.

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

Actually, it is $19.99 at Best Buy. That's where I got my copy.

WHAT?! THEY'RE PULLING SOUSUKE OFF THE CASE?!

I knew that would happen because of what the box and what the Boku-Tachi manga scan said and it still came as a shock.

However, Sousuke seems to have a crazed look than in the manga. :sousuke:

I wouldn't know that because I don't watch the English dub ;) But I'll make sure to check it out

I love the voice actor commentaries on Vol. 2 because it features Satsuki Yukino and Tomokazu Seki. Everything they say is just hilarious. However, the voice actors for Kurz and Mao have to step it up a bit and say something! All they do is watch the episode! LOL Which I guess can't be helped if they didn't see it, but still. Also, I really don't care for the on-site videos with the creators, sorry to say. Gatou says a few funny things, but it gets real old real fast.

Even for the Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu thin pack? It's $39.99 at Amazon.com. You prolly save about half buying this version. Then again, $40.00 can still be an investment for some.

Well, I need to get the first Season's Box Set, as well as Fumoffu's, before I get TSR.

I'll probably wait for the box to come out anyway.

Oh, no worries. It's cool.

Man, I really need the First Season's Box Set. Watching its episodes on computer screen isn't as fulfilling.
