I am not completeley sure if this is against regulations or not...if it is i beg for forgiveness.
I would like to know if there is a site from where, i can buy the novels because there aren't any shops selling them or manga in general in my country. (At least i dont know any)

Asking where to buy stuff is OK, but you need to answer a few questions before anyone can give an answer that makes sense.
What country are you in?
Are you looking for translated novels or original Japanese?
If you're looking for translated novels, what language are you looking for?

Where is it you live at exactly? Country-wise, anyway.

From the FMP! novel FAQ wrote:Current Title Licence Status
In limbo / Unlicenced. If you hear different, please let us know and
we can update that news.
Now AFAWK, this covers the entire world, other than Japan itself.
And could you differentiate whether it's the novels or the manga you're after?
Because the manga has been released in english for the Western regions.
Whether is' percolated beyond the US and Canada I'm not sure...

Well, i live in Greece. I know there are no greek translations so i am looking for english translations. (I didin't mention country because in Greece, when you talk about translations and anime/manga you only talk about english translations)
And i am looking for both manga and novels.

Buying the Novels

I recently went to a bookstore in my area and while they had Dragon magazine available for sale, they didn't carry the novels at all. They did offer to order the books for me, and call me when it comes in (in ten days!).
Anyway, I just wanted to share this info with some people who might be interested. If you live in the Chicago area, if you take a trip down to Arlington Heights, you'll find the Mitsuwa marketplace. It's this big Japanese mall down in the burbs. From the city, you can take I-90 heading.. west, I believe, and get off the AH exit, and make two consecutive rights. Mitsuwa would be just up ahead. Inside is the bookstore that I mentioned.
Also, I managed to take a quick look at the comp while they were ordering the book for me. The website they were ordering from was
http://www.netdirect.co.jp/. If you can navigate the japanese, click on the net@book link and type in フルメタル. The results should pop up assorted books, novels, and manga of FMP.
I did order the latest book,
http://www.netdirect.co.jp/search/ISSSc ... 4829117400, I'll try translating what I can and share my findings with the rest. Good luck to anybody else looking for the books!

Hey Maelody, is that pic of Kaname and Tessa in your avatar for real or a fanart?

Actually, I'm not quite sure. It looked quite real to me, it was in the July issue of Dragon, but I think it was more of a wishful thinking on the animators' part. Here's a bigger pic of it--
I do gotta say, that is pretty damn hot.

It's a bonus phonecard that was with the TSR DVD box (w/ promo dvd) that was released back in July. That's why it's in the July DM issue... I can't read it but I'm sure it translates as 'Buy it!'

Either the Japanese characters read "Buy it!", or the prospect of having such an awesome phonecard shouts out "Buy it!"
