favorite episode

Post by Anonz »

well, I searched extensively and could not find a topic about favorite episodes
and I just thought that was kinda weird

so here we go

mine is probably the hot springs episode of fumoffu
Dr. Phil gave birth to Chuck Norris and Ron Paul helped deliver the baby

...but Neil DeGrasse Tyson will create a black hole with his mind and devour them all.

We might have had a topic covering the subject but I'm too lazy to dig it up. :)

For me, I think it's the very first episode of the first season. It's the one that sold the series to me.

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

Original Series Episode 7, Boy meets Girl

It really does Chidori justice highlighting her strengths while dealing with the confusion of being a Whispered, her courageous ability to confidently help while in danger and her refusal to play the damsel in distress when she can do something about it.

Plus, this episode shows how Sousuke will go against everything that defines him to listen to her during danger. It shows how much he trusts her, uncharacteristical behavior is very indicative of strong feelings and supports their relationship in a very nice light.

And because of the cliffhanger too.

I like all the episodes in Fumoffu.
Most of all Episode 5a The Pure Yet Impure Grappler.

Sad to say it would be the episode in the first series when she tells him she trusts him now I went AWWW..

Coincidently it also happens to be my favorite part of the Manga and volume one as well... >.> I'm a total sucker for fluff....

My kids had been telling me about this cool show they had seen at a friends' house on on Anime on Demand. So we ordered the first DVD from Netflix.
In the first five minutes, Sagara takes down a freaking Hind! I turned to them and said "I'm in!"

It's hard to pick favorites, I liked all of the Sunan arc. And, "Engaging Six and Seven" sticks in my mind.

In Fomufu, the ep where Bonta Kun makes his first appearance is probably my favorite. In TSR, "Beautiful Sicily" was pretty cool.

Yea, the Bonta-kun debut episode is my favorite Fumoffu episode as well. Though close behind it is the episode where he forgets her notebook; I just really like the scene of Sousuke and Kaname riding the bicycle through the fields with the soft guitar music playing in the background. ^^

Well it's just because of this scene that I think the second raid has the best episode. Gates standing but naked in front of a huge screen with kittens projected on it while yelling in the telephone and janking tisues out of the box. You just can't beat that.... although the maybe I should have had my hair cut short scene was pretty close :D
The Ninja freezes his opponent with the the gaze of a 1000 angry poodles!!

For me, the episode I enjoyed the most was fumoffu ep. 15, the one with the bio-weapons. There are others I really liked, but that one stands out the best for me. For example, the North Korea plot arc was pretty sweet.

I think my fav episode is a tie between:

- The first season where Kaname sees Sousuke piloting the savage for the first time and realizes, he no (ordinary) nut case.

- The other is "Pony-Pony" (need I say more?)
