I barely remember the game. I played it nearly ten years ago. But I seem to remember Laura having flashbacks of herself eating someone with a fork and knife, now that you mention it.
Still... avoid the route of Sousuke and Kaname eating people and ending it with Kaname blowing Sousuke away. >_<
