Part 8 and a half. (got lazy)
Natasha rubbed her temples. She was getting nowhere with this. It was becoming near impossible to explain her designs to Tessa.
After getting off the train a car had come to pick up the group. The window had been tinted on both sides so that they could not see where they were going. Kaname had put up a rather large fuss about this. Natasha really could have cared less.
Darres had been giving her weird looks lately. She knew that he had seen the drawing that she made in her sleep. He wanted to know why she had made an AS designed for him alone. Then there was the fact that some of his things were ending up out the windows in the morning. He still hadn’t said anything. But Natasha knew that he knew. He was just buying his time, waiting to ask her when it would not be weird.
Now after three hours of going over all her designs it came time to explain the two key Whispered to everyone. Natasha knew that she could trust these people, but was she really read to tell them everything.
“Alright for the last one, the AS I think I need to explain a few other things.” Natasha took a sip of water. The others were all sitting in chairs in a circle with Natasha being the focus point. “When I was born I was born blind. But I was able to see, so the more correct term would be that I was unable to open my eyes. Yet I was able to see things in a kind of odd alter world. When I was four my father had an idea to do testing on me, he was able to open my eyes. What he also found was that I have a large amount of activity in a part of the brain that most people will never use. That is where most of my abilities come from, well at least the Whispered and telekinetic abilities. My father and I spent year training my abilities so I could use them when necessary, unfortunately I am still unable to control them while I am sleeping.” Natasha looked at Darres. He just smiled with a look that said this was going to save him trouble in the long run.
Any way, one of the kinds of training I did was combat. My uncle is in the marines to he helped me a lot. So I put the compartment in there so that my abilities could be used. This AS was made to be used by two people with not your normal military background. I’ve had it on my drawing boards for years but not until recently was I able to grasp what needed to be added to make in function. Does that explain any better?” Natasha looked and felt worn out. Tessa just kept coming with the questions.
“That does indeed.” Tessa drank some of her tea. “My next question is why make these kinds of AS? Do we really need them on the battle field?”
Natasha looked at Darres with a face that said ‘save me please’. Darres just shook his head. He wanted answers also; he was waiting to hear this. Natasha rolled her eyes, she knew she should have brought Nico along, he wouldn’t stand for this.
“Right so in battle the orthodox fashion is used. The fighters fight like they were trained to. But every now and then if you do something a little out of what normally are done you can catch your enemy off guard. This AS would be able to function like the rest, but would have the abilities that surpass ARX7.” Natasha smiled to see that Tessa was surprised to find that she knew the name of the AS. “Oh come on, I am one of the ones who have that in my bank of inventions, it was easy to guess its name. But any way it is a little complicated to explain some o these abilities some times it better to show than tell.”
“Well then can you give us and example?” Tessa asked. Natasha nodded her head, Darres and Kaname took grips on their chairs, they had seen her abilities before and had a general idea of what to expect. Natasha closed her eyes and a look of extreme concentration was on her face. The room had a sudden calm and then everything began to rumble. A sudden burst of sound and light exploded in the middle of all of them, but there in mid air floated holograms of two AS’s. They played out a battle; in fact several battles were played out before they disappeared.
“That help any?” Natasha cocked. The others looked rather rattled, except for Darres. Flying things in his room had hit him too many times; this was just another amazing feet.
“Well it does give me a better grip on what you were saying.” Tessa said shaking all over. Natasha smiled evilly; she was not sure why but this Tessa was getting on her nerves. She was like those kids at school who always were important but when it came right down to it they were sissies. Natasha had taken pleasure in freaking them out, that habit had not changed. “I believe that is enough for today. Tomorrow you will accompany me to the building docks. I am sure that the boys would love your help in putting things together.”
“Putting things together?” Natasha raised an eyebrow. What was Tessa getting at?
“Oh yes. We have already started to build this AS. We started the second we got all the drawings. All we need to do now it put it together and your help and assistance would be a great help.” Tessa was now picking up her teacup; it had been spilled during the “example”.
“Yeah, that I could do.” Natasha deiced. She would help them put together he creation and be able to spend time making sure they didn’t mess up. But for right now it was long past dinnertime. She was hungry and in the mood to walk around town. Natasha wanted to release her mind form working. It was time for a little brainless fun.

“Sir, we have confirmation that the target is now in town. We mean to make our move tomorrow night.” The man whispered into the phone.
“Good. Proceed. I need her and the boy as soon as possible. The woman is no longer reacting to threats of words. We need to give her a real threat.” He hung up the phone. Finally after years of looking he would have both of the Key Whispered at his control. Their goal would be theirs very soon. The woman would give in when she saw the girl and the man would do the same.
Natasha and Loki would be his to control.
