Yeah, I definitely prefer Arm Slaves to Gundams, I find Gundams very unrealistic, though their properties give them oppurtunities to do crazy fight actions. Only if there were real Arm Slaves, as in the Full Metal Panic! universe, I definitely know that I would want to be a pilot.
Almost finished my maintenance of the AI.

AI ready and operational.
Current Arm Slave compilation:
ARX-7 Arbalest-:arx-7:
M6 Bushnel
M9 Falke (D-series prototype)
M9 Gernsback (E-series)
Plan-1055
Plan-1056 Codarl
Plan-1058 Codarl-M/Venom
Plan-1501 Behemoth
RK-92 Savage
Self-Defense Force Model 96
Zy-98 Shadow
Zy-98 Shadow (Mass Production model)
Unique AS:
Plan-1211 Arastol
Sagara's Improved Bonta-Kun Suit
Plan-0601 Leviathan
For better understanding:
ARX-7 Arbalest-:arx-7:
The only AS in Mithril that incorporates a Lambda Driver. Sergeant Sousuke Sagara pilots this unique AS.
Mithril.
M6 Bushnel
An AS that is one generation older than the Mithril’s M9. It is used by several countries, including the United States as their main AS of the frontline. A M6 Bushnel costs $11 million.
United States and other countries.
M9 Falke (D-series prototype)
A M9 type that has only 2 currently ever manufactured units. The unit that the new Urzu 1 pilots is completely black with orange “eyes.” The other may be the same. Except for that feature and a small surplus in payload, there isn’t any other huge factors that differentiates this M9 to the E-series. Was planned to be loaded with a Lambda Driver, but the developer committed suicide before the plan could be acted upon.
Mithril.
M9 Gernsback (E-series)
The main AS that is employed by Mithril in its operations all over the world. Sergeant Major Melissa Mao has a customized M9 with properties distinct and different to the regular M9 of the E-series, most notably a horn on the head.
Mithril.
Plan-1055
Not much is known about this AS, well not to me anyway, though I do know that it is equipped with a Lambda Driver. The pilot is a relative of a very prominent character in Full Metal Panic!
Amalgam.

Plan-1056 Codarl
A formidable AS equipped with a Lambda Driver. An unusual feature would be it’s ponytail-like extension from the back of the head. It is very fast.
Amalgam.
Plan-1058 Codarl-M/Venom
Another AS of Amalgam loaded with the Lambda Driver. It is also powerful, and used by Amalgam’s forces, like their execution unit. Overheats easily by repetitive use of the Lambda Driver.
Amalgam.
Plan-1501 Behemoth
The Behemoth is also equipped with a Lambda Driver, since it is needed for without the Lambda Driver on startup, the AS would be crushed by it’s own gigantic weight. It also carries a huge sword on its back. There are more than one though.
A21/Amalgam.
RK-92 Savage
The second generation Soviet-made AS. I’m guessing that the first generation Soviet-made AS would be the RK-89 Shamrock. It is more frog-like in appearance compared to its metal brethren. It is supplied to communist countries and to various guerrilla organizations.
Communist countries, guerrilla organizations, etc.
Self-Defense Force Model 96
The modified M6 AS that the Japanese Self-Defense Force uses. It has quite a powerful gun.
JSDF.

Zy-98 Shadow
This unit seems to be a specialized Shadow for Zaied. It is also extremely fast, for it is also in the hands of a skilled pilot.
Amalgam?/Zaied.
Zy-98 Shadow (Mass Production model)
The Mass Production model of the Zy-98 Shadow. It is said to have capabilities greater than Mithril’s M9. It is a new AS of the Soviet Union, and will replace the RK-92 Savage as the third generation Soviet-made AS.
Soviet Union/Amalgam.
Plan-1211 Alastor
It is said to be comparable to a third generation AS type, like the M9, shrunk into the size of a large human. These machines can take and carry out orders, though nothing too sophisticated or complex, more to the lines of kill all the enemy, kill a certain person, protect and kidnap a certain person, etc. They are extremely strong, have bullet proof armor that can stop AP bullets, though they have the same weaknesses of their larger AS brethren. It seems they make good bodyguards.
Amalgam/Leonard.
Sagara's Improved Bonta-Kun Suit
Full Metal Panic? FUMOFFU ep. 6:
Sousuke: Alright, as for precaution, I'll cover you. If she should threaten you, I'll subdue her.
Kaname: No, you can't. Your face is the one she remembers.
Sousuke: In that case, I'll use my new equipment. I made several improvements to the suit I acquired recently. It's a type of reinforced suit with a sensor array, a digital communications device, and bulletproofing that can stop even rifle bullets. If all goes well, it can radically change the face of modern warfare. Ok, they're moving out.
Sousuke/Mikihara Clan Yakuza.
No Picture Available.
Plan-0601 Leviathan
It seems to be an AS based on the concept of an underwater fighter plane. Its streamlined fuselage resembles a throwing knife. It bears a little resemblance to the Tuatha de Danaan because of its shape. The Leviathan is a lethal piece of machinery, in that it contains one or more of Buryon, and has 2 mechanical arms that wield monomolecular cutters, not to mention its speed which is unsurpassed. It also seems to send out its own sonar buoys to collect information on the surroundings and target. It can fit 2 people, which is its maximum capacity since those inside are in a tight space.

Well, I thought that there should be an Arm Slave Fan Club since there wasn't one yet. Fans, otakus, engineers, AS pilots, etc. are welcomed. The pictures will at least make this place colorful. Anyway, here is a safe harbor for those who have a soft spot to these incredible metal miracles. A harbor from who? Well, maybe people like Kaname.
Full Metal Panic! ep. 14:
Ryonosuke Akagi: My name, Ryonosuke Akagi. And you are?
Kaname: Somone who's not real big on AS, or the raving idiots who go gaga over them.
She has called us idiots!(Well at least me anyway) But not to worry, we know that she has something to a certain skilled AS pilot, our own Sousuke Sagara, who's handled ASes for his whole life. And of course there are others who are cool, and are AS pilots, like Gauron, Zaied, Melissa, Kurz, etc. So, if you think ASes are cool, have fought with them using your own AS, or bear a resemblance to Shinji Kazama, here's the fan club.

I can't really choose a particular AS as a favorite. I kind of go in vogues for a certain AS, like from the Arbalest to the Codarl. Right now, it's the Shadow and M9 Falke. Shadow because of the twin doing awesome maneuvers in it, and the Falke because I liked it even from reading the novels, and then the fight is going to animated. Too bad it'll come in September 14th, that'll be when the M9 Falke will probably be at the top. The twin slicing and repelling that little canister from Kurz, and the swordsmanship of the Shadow's 2 blades was awesome.

Hope the series actually shows the Venom with those 2 guns in action. I wonder if they're going to also include the execution unit of Amalgam. A unit full of [ecs]Venoms[/ecs], that is what I really want to see, though I don't think the execution unit will be included since there hasn't been any indications. Probably just a showdown with Gates. If they do, they intentionally omitted all that action with the unit of [ecs]Venoms[/ecs], I won't forgive them...One Venom is good, but more are better.

The problems of a Self-Defense Force Model 96.
Full Metal Panic! ep. 14:
Pilot 1: Let's take the lead.
Pilot 2: But we've already reached top speeds sir.
Pilot 1: Looks like they're sitting in tandem, there should be a gap in their synchronization. I say we take advantage of that.
Pilot 2: Uh, we're sitting in tandem too sir.

You get a free subscription to AS monthly, and a complimentary screw from a Savage. You also get to repaint the Self-Defense Force Model 96s that are at the Narashino hangers by paint bucket and brush! What other way to spend a nonstop week by painting by hand? By the end you'll be green, and will be able to try out Narashino's daikon radishes. No AS enthusiast would give something like this up.
Here's what Aeragon kindly revealed to us. A whole set of ASes! Here's the link to the original topic.
http://fmp.abstratica.org/phpBB2/viewto ... 1&start=30
They should come out with AS figures like they do for Gundam, and was readily availible in stores.

I found out the Venom's Model name, Plan-1058, and the Arastol's, Plan-1211. I also added the Plan-0601 Leviathan, too bad there's no picture of one, that and the Tuatha de Danaan's picture together would be beautiful...Can anybody confirm the truth that Leonard developed the Codarl and the Venom? I personally think he helped create or created Amalgam's "Plan" series of seemingly all AS. It's a little frightening, if those Amalgam "Plan" AS were assigned numbers according to their order of developement, which would mean that Amalgam has been long creating these potent machines.
