That would be... Mikihara Ren (Or at least, it reads as 美樹原蓮). She was never shown in the anime, and her father is one of the more... interesting people in the book.

I think the silver haired guy is someone who works in the school. In the newtype translations of FMP, there is a guy that looks like that who advises Sagara and Chidori what to do at school sometimes.

The Silver-haired guy is Hayashimizu Atsunobu (or something like that), the School council president. He's also the only one other than Shinji who thinks very highly of Sagara in school. He also gave Sagara a job as chief of security or something like that. Can't remember what exactly, just had something to do with security.

No, he is not an otaku... He's a politician; it's in his blood.
But he hates his father and uses a different surname, so...

Ah, yes, Mikihara Ren. She is the Secretary of the student council.
She's very taken with Hayashimizu, but their ...lineages... are incompatible...
And, yeah, she's a doormat girl.

Both characters should/will appear in FMP2.

Ah, Atsunobu finally! my favorite character in the manga. i just can't forget Chidiori's face when Atsunobu reward Sousuke after he blowed up her locker.
