Ahh, yes. If this is from the anime, which I think it is, it's going to follow that part of the novel closely. I'm sure they tried to make it like the novel picture since it portrays what is happening clearly. And of course to those who saw the novel picture and read it, we'll know exactly what's happening.

I think that image portrays Kaname's emotion a little more clearly than it did in the novel image. She just seemed to be more frightened and surprised. Furthermore, Leonard must die.

Yes, Leonard does need to die. I will be really disappointed if the novel series ends without Leonard toasted and Sosuke and Kaname a definite couple.

That's why I think the series is longer than 13 episodes. they can't cover all of that in just 3 episodes if it's a 10 ep series :?
I don't have any regrets. I'm glad I met you Sousuke Sagara.

Honestly, I dont't think tha TSR ends with 10 episodes, just because I dont know any anime with 10 eps at all.
Most of them have either 13 or 26 episodes in total.
So I'm guessing TSR is ending with ep 13. The story is way too far to fill 26 episodes....and i honestly don't think, that TSR covers Dancing very merry Christmas as well, because the opening does only show scenes of ODBD. Maybe there will be another FMP series in future, named "The third Raid" etc.... >_< A movie would be great

I'd love to see DVMC animated. Especially the part where he tells Tessa that's he's got it for Kaname.

I hate it that this looks like such a short series. WOWOW redid the Guyver, which wasn't that great the first time around, and went a whole 26 episodes with a possible extension to 52, and all we get is maybe 13. Life ain't fair!

Too true. I'm not sure they'll make a movie of Dancing Very Merry Christmas. They'll probably think about it after The Second Raid is finished, unless they're including it somehow. Though I'm sure The Second Raid is going to be a success, so if they made Dancing Very Merry Christmas a movie with the same quality as The Second Raid, that would be awesome. Dancing Very Merry Christmas is like made to be a movie, though not much AS action though, except for the Arastols.

The planning of seasons for this story are going to be tricky considering it's based on a novel series. With the first season, they already had three books under them, so they could fill out an entire season. With Fumoffu, they strung together a bunch of the short novels to make half a season. I knew that though ODBD was a long novel, there wasn't enough actually happening in it to make a full season. And DVMC is going to be even shorter. What's going to have to happen from here on out is either very short seasons, lots of filler material, or skipping a year, or two so more novels can come out and they can string them together.

I'd really love a season of 26 episodes but it doesn't seem likely, I'm sure we would have seen promo images or footage in the intro (as Kaze says) of DVMC if it were (unless they have it split in two maybe, with different opening credits?). At the moment I'd guess we'll get a 13 episode season, then more Fumoffu, and then more 'serious' FMP. But COMO/ BOMF just couldn't be split into two separate seasons, what a horrid cliff-hanger that would be!! So maybe DVMC could just be an OVA or something... I still want to keep my fingers crossed for it being included in TSR but I guess I'm just a pessimist at heart ;)

What really makes me fear that they will give us just 10 Episodes ist the 3 week break coming now.

A regular anime season is a quarter of a year, thats 13 weeks & episodes. Now there will a 3 week break and when you look at anidb, the title of episode 10 is ' Two in Hong Kong'. Sounds pretty much like the end of ODBD, huh? :(

Yeah, my sentiments exactly. Right now, I personally like the idea of:
ODBD + filler - 13 episodes
DVMC - OVA
COMO + filler - 13 episodes
BOMF - OVA
Whatever comes after... :?

But I repeat: the worst part is that the days of Fumoffu seem to have passed us by.

Then that means Full Metal Panic! the first season has been eradicated. Every Full Metal Panic! series will remain engraved in my heart forever.

Nooooooooooooo! Say it isn't so!!!!! :( :( :( They can still do more Fumoffu if they just have it in its own timeline (I'm clutching at straws, aren't I? :( ) I want a full 52 episode season of Fumoffu! :-P

I wonder if they'll separate COMO and BOMF. Not to give spoilers, but they're two parts of the same story arc. I'd imagine that the novel after them will be as well. Think they'd end a season on the note that COMO ends on? O.O

I don't think there's enough side stories right now to make another Fumoffu. Maybe after the dust of COMO/BOMF settles and Kaname and Sousuke go back to normal life, more romantic/comedy stories can be written.

I think there's easily enough side stories for more Fumoffu, there's at least 8 books of short stories and only a small amount have been animated- less than half from the looks of the FMP FAQ on AnimeSuki. I want more Fumoffu! :-D
