The way I see it happening...

Fumoffu was licensed in May of 2004. I'm assuming it was at Anime Central (the largest con in May, to my knowledge)...

Perhaps ADV will announce TSR next month, like they did Fumoffu.

Maybe it'll come out during Q4 this year. ADV's workload is a lot smaller than it was before, since they now sparingly license series...
