Metal FMP DVD collectors box , now with pic

Well, are you familiar with Paul Champagne and his DVD collection cases?

He made a slick looking Bebop box in 2000 (I think it was 2000) that raised so much attention that Bandai asked him to stop making them.

He has since gone on to work with ADV in creating special metal boxes for Eva and Gasaraki. (I have the eva one, I think it's pretty cool)

Damn, this is beginning to look like an ad spot.

Anyway, this guy Nick --> his site, works with him, and has designed several custom anime boxes.
He's done up a model of an FMP box. He said it's still just a custom at this time, but he's hoping it may become an official ADV special collectors box.

He sent me the pic of it, and I put it up here. There's a little camera glare, but it looks pretty neat.

Oh it looks soooo... shiny. I want it, me wants it >_< Need to get the FMP! DVDs and (let's hope) this box. So cool...

Thanx for the heads up. ADV had one they were giving as a prize at the end of their panel (can't remember which anime was on the box though) and it was very pretty.

As long as they are inexpensive to purchase, I might look into the FMP one, I really like the design they picked for it.
