Kyoto animated Fumoffu though right? I thought they were as good as Gonzo, though a bit different. The characters were more cutesy, but I figured that was because the Fumoffu episodes were supposed to be all funny, no seriousness.HELLFIRE wrote:Kyoto Animation... *shivers*
I can't decide what to hope for. One one hand I like the serious storylines because they're just more entertaining to the brain. But that will mean more mecha battles and other non-romance stuff (woman22980 HATES mecha with the burning passion of a thousand suns - DIE MECHA!!) More Fumoffu-type episodes will probably mean more romance (give me mush!!) and I did find most of the Fumo episodes to be laugh-until-you-cry funny.

Yep.woman22980 wrote:Kyoto animated Fumoffu though right?
IMO Gonzo does nicer visual work than Kyoto (better at saying on model, many scenes have some visual depth, special effects, cg ect)- however in Fumo there was no episode that looked as nasty as that one filler ep in the first series.
I don't think we can really guess the content of S3 just based on studio- just cuz Kyoto prolly couldn't make a S3 like S1 that looked as good as it, doesn't mean they wouldn't try.
And ‚Ó‚à‚Á‚Ó is Fumoffu. I think its just fantalk, its not attached to anything meaningful that I can tell.
The audience applauded, even though it was not clear what Bush meant.

Which episode do you mean specifically? The Sousuke/Mizuki date, or the JSDF AS battle? I thought they were both cute, but it did seem like the AS fight one was a little below par as far as animation quality...Jae wrote:however in Fumo there was no episode that looked as nasty as that one filler ep in the first series.

It was mainly done by Kyoto, but several other studios worked on it as well.
If you use the handy dandy search, you may be able to fig up the post I made listing the studios many moons ago.
found em:
Kyoto, Tastunoko, and AnimationDo

The AS battle one. It was screamingly bad- I think I have a screencap of Sousuke looking like a posterboy for world hunger.woman22980 wrote: Which episode do you mean specifically?
The other filler eps weren't very terrific, but they weren't very bad, either.
