#6 Levi continuing her 'I'm pissed at whatever...' rant from last ep.
[ecs]Board the ship... the wannabe Nazis getting plastered, Levi opens up,
but somehow she's just not enjoying it like she usually does. Takes till past
the eyecatch for her to REALLY start enjoying herself, and we're finally
let in on what the hell's been bugging Dutch since the start of the job. Pretty
dark ending that FINALLY drops this bad aura I've been having since this
arc started, tho Levi's final words kinda make you wonder...[/ecs]

...umm... err...uhhh... where's the meido arc?

Woah character development from Rock..

Ep 7 started out amusing with the heireken beer, the pimp and the porn videos ...
Rock showing off some hidden talents and goes headon against Revy.

Finally he stops taking shit (dodges a bullet) and Revy seems to accept him. It's almost a romance.... <grin>

Alright, so this anime seemed to get some positive interest in this forum, and thus I decided to see what you guys were talking about. True, I am a late-comer, and I've only seen up to episode three, but even after the first episode I was in. I mean, Revy/Levy alone would keep me watching

, but not only that; the animation is superb, there's plenty of action, and the pace is almost non-stop, yet it is in no way brainless entertainment. Although whether one has a brain or not, it would still be entertaining.

With the consistent production value and positive reviews, plus with pirates and a gunslinging, ass-kicking girl, count me in on this one.

Ep 7 left me scratching my head most of the time... Rock really got the balls
to blow off a chick like that... much less one packing more lead than he's got?
As for Sister's right-hand... nun...

I still wonder why they swapped
the position of the stories between the maid and the Nazi Uboat... tho now
that they set themselves up pretty good in #8

at least left the bar flattened before closing the ep

Maybe just me, but compared to her manga version, this Levi's personality's
just plain... idunno. I was hoping for some her trademark caustic / cynical
humor, like when she and the bartender butt heads over Roberta being a
'friend' of Lagoon's as she rips apart the bar with the Cartel.

...see how things go next ep... should be interesting to see how Levi & Maidminator
