FullMetal*Panic!

To those of you who've seen this series and the movie, I'm wondering which one I should watch first.

Since the movie is an alternate retelling of the TV series, is there some major plot twist in the TV series that would be spoiled if I watch the movie first? Or is it pretty safe to go in either order?

always go in order of release, its better that way. At least you won't have to sufferer waiting for the next installment.

In my opinion, the TV series and the movie are so different it doesn't really matter. There are plot twists in both, but they're almost exclusive.

Tv first. Movie is different, but shows things that you should have NO inkling of watching TV...
