If it was 20 years ago, then yes.

But now-a-days, software is so !@!@#*$ up there is no choice but to RTFM (not that it helps any).

Depends for what. If it's a manual for a word processor, yes. For everything else, probably not.

Besides, how can we say RTFM properly and smugly without doing it ourselves?

Oh well eventually I figured it out.....

I'm also the workplace executive ambient light manager, meaning I could replace a few light bulbs to get rid of some of my stress.

As usual I’m trying to contradict the eternal: How many technicians does it take to replace a light bulb.

RTFM(B) must be practiced diligently IMO... saves on the headache and trips
to the hair replacement clinic. Also makes ya look better infront of said 'users'
