...have a little heart-to-heart with the cause Mr Bill... bring extra C-4 to sweeten the deal...

Two major fiber cut issues to deal with the last two days... and one of them's
that one in the mideast some bright twit(s) trashed that's cut capacity by 75%
What gets me is customers claiming "i know about the fiber issue, but that's not the problem."

Like everything else, network speeds are subjective.
