I saw v2 in stores today. Only 3 eps on it.

Definetly waiting on a box for this series.

I know that waiting for the thin pack of dvds is certainly more cost effective, but some of us are faaar more impulsive (especially when the funds are available). I preordered my copy of the 2nd dvd not long after XMas.

I hear dvd's in tins usually get damaged while shipping .. so we euro peeps better get the usual ones.

AFAIK that was just for the GitS tins, which Bandai royally screwed up on. Almost every tin/box had floaters in them... evidently some kind of defect in the hubs they used.
