where can i get the manga?

there r two different mangas for fmp rite?
i dont get it... but ne wayz... which one ish
the betta one? hrmz... confused...

and r they sellin the mangas ne where?
i dont exactly live in an area where they
sell a lot of mangas/animes... and i dont
reallie buy things from online...

so~~ ne one kno where i can d/l scanlations?
mangaproject only has the first 8 chapters
finished... and i'm not sure which of the two
mangas it ish... heh heh... ^^;; ne one kno
where else i can get the manga from?

Alright, manga info!

There are two series.

Full Metal Panic! is being published in NewType USA.
(I haven't seen anything about collected volumes/graphic novels yet)

AFAIK, only mangaproject has been seriously doing manga translations.
I don't know if anyone else has done any beyond what MP has done.

This series is the series to check out if you want the manga that is the most like the other versions. (aniem, novels, ect) (this manga has more stuff than the anime series does, and is slower in getting through the events the anime covers)

Ikinari! Full Metal Panic! is...pretty much outright silly.
The target audience is younger, it doesn't really have much of the same plot that the other versions has, and seems more like...just a fun way to see the characters interacting in different (silly) ways.

There aren't any translations for this series that I know of.

There are lots of places you could order the japanese manga from, but I don't know where you could get very many english translations from.

AFAIK = As far as I know

Ikinari = If I remember my Japanese lessons properly, I believe it means "Sudden" or "quick".
