Yep, there was an FMP TCG. Part of the card this figure is based on is in one of those pics.
This is a garage kit?

well.. that 'new' uniform should be as 'unprofessional' as it is because it's Tessa modelling as one of them GT race-queens.

No archives that I know of.
Here are some scans I made of the pics on a few cards- you can see many of them are color versions of illustrations from the novels. Scanning some/most/all of the cards I have properly is on a to-do list, but is lower than scanning things like the monthly magazines and .... slugging along on re-doing the site.
