The best one of the bunch was definately the bonta-kun. Now I see why Jae's original link only gave shots of the "interesting" parts.

My first thought was that the leg seams sort of ruin the illusion
But then, yeah, wow, those are some chubby faces.
I'd been looking for a pic that shows the acutal figures- I thought the promo ad was highly amusing and now I see they were merely demonstrating how they are supposed to be looked at. Thanks for posting it.
(okay, third thought- Tessa should look like she's in pain, leaning most of her weight on that rock via her perky breast. Hmmmm. A sucky modeler, or do we pretend the lazy pseudo-unrealistic-seductive-floating-goddess pose is a Whispered trick?)

El cheapo 'made in a cheap labor 3rd world country' merchandise.
Ren & Kyouko definately are of the Cabbage Patch Kids look, Kaname's
face is too generic... only her hair gives her away, Mizuki looks like a
gender-ambiguous Final Fantasy (whatever) wannabe. Don't get me
started on what came to mind when I got a closer look at Tessa *coughs*stoner*coughts*

I was thinking she looked more like CSI guest Shot material. I know it's morbid but thats what she looks like.
