Judging from the pilot in the dialouge box, I think it's a Gundam SEED unit.
Maybe one of those orange ship things with the four pods and gun... (sorry, I don't remember very many names from SEED >_>)

No pods - this one's a regular Moebius from Gundam SEED. Gotta love the MP Bonta-kun animation, but Bonta-kun's melee attack is also pretty painful too.
