Wouldn't the story title depend on what the author did with it?
I do think it's a neat idea to have something where everybody who wants to writes a story for a given image, but it's a little confusing when you seem to want certain particulars that...are too detailed for what you're asking.
Or, you could try asking someone to team up with you, to help you write
the story you see in your head
But otherwise, it's hard to control the creative results this way. You never know what you might get with this sort of request
