There are stories of Royal Navy cruisers torpedoing themselves somehow during WW2 as well.

That's the problem, how do yo stuff several kgs of grey matter into
a torp -- or any other projectile for that matter, to tell it THAT is
enemy and THAT is friendly. They're still working on it, I
hear...

I don't mean 2 Brit cruisers torpedo each other, I mean HMS Battleaxe torpedoing herself when she tried to fire torpedoes at a Kriegsmarine destroyer.

I might be of some help to The Armory, I'm a former Marine machine gunner and Security Forces experience, so I have a fair knowledge of military small arms. I'm also mecha nut and I know everything from Mazinger Z to Overman King Gainer.

Actually the russian word for eagle is "orel" , i have no idea what is "Baaz" though...
