Yes, because as they say on certain messageboards, Hot Blood + Tactics + Angst = Instant Win. Or something like that.

So, any ideas on what Sousuke's next AS may have, to stay toe-to-toe with the Belial?

haha, damn straight.

This is conjecture, but I'm thinking maybe a fully-working Lambda Driver? Remember, Sousuke's LD is an incomplete version, and for it to have held out so well is nothing short of miraculous.

He needs Al, definately.

Hmmm... maybe an Omnisphere? I kinda get the impression that the Omnisphere allowed Loenard to harness his powers of uberness.

Or it could have some really, really big guns, in keeping with the name Catapult. Maybe a Lambda Driver canon? Like, say, Wing Zero's Buster Rifle? *laughing*

Or, of course, SHINING FINGER!!!

Prototype != Incomplete ?

Actually, what is so incomplete about the ARX's LD ?
It showed to have atleast the same offensive and defensive, well even more. capabilities compared to a Venom or Codarl.

Well, it lacks reliability. Venom and Codarl users can seemingly activate it at will, while the Arbalest's requires its user to be at minimum 120 morale... oh, you get the idea. Sousuke was pissed in TSR when he couldn't use it properly against Gates the first time around.

It is also said in ODBD that the creator, Bunny Morauta, committed suicide before he finished the Arbalest. Maybe they found someone the second time around to finish it finally

If so, then I think Sousuke will be breaking out a can of whoop ass.

It probalby wasnt "I hate you" since earlier in the chapter it was talking about how leonard was trying to kill someone important to her, if she hated him he wouldnt be important.

Most likely it was "I Love You" or "Dont come after me" or maybe just "Goodbye..."

She pretty much sacrified herself for Sousuke and her friends.

thats my guess anyways.

Yeah, or Gendo from NGE. Speculation runs rife, usually with no good results.

Now that I come to think about it, could somebody refresh my memory and tell me if the TDD-1 runs on a primitive Omnisphere system? (Reference: last 2 episodes of FMP first season.) Hey, they could cannibalise the sub for the ARX-8... on second thought, nah.

IIRC, the control system that Kaname used was a TAROS similar to that of Arbalest. (Forget what TAROS is.) So, theoretically... the pieces are in place?

Or it could be that the Omnispehere is TAROS taken to the next level. *shrugs*

Ah, TAROS. That's the acronym. I'm guessing the last two letters stand for "Omnisphere".
