This is a (still evolving) FAQ for the Boku-Tachi novels. Any info

What is it?
This is a fan-translation of the (various?) FMP! novels written by Shouji Gatou.
It covers the timeperiod after what was shown in the anime.

Current Title Licence Status
North American distribution is now being handled by Tokyopop, and as
such, any requests for unlicenced material will be handled according to
our files policy

"Firstly, to address the multitude of emails we have received regarding the Full Metal Panic Novels:

1. Each book has five chapters.
2. Brandi is currently intending to translate the book following DVMC.
3. The next chapter will be released as soon as humanly possible, whether that be every two weeks or every two months, but we will always release another chapter whenever we can.

Any emails we receive that asks us any questions that can be answered by reading the above will be ignored and trashed. We love hearing from you guys, but it gets annoying to be asked the same thing over and over."

Random odd fact straight from the mouth of Brandi: okay, just to let everyone know...I (Brandi) am not dead. I have not stopped work on FMP. I have just been incredibly busy this summer (such as oh, getting married, going on about 10 or so trips, losing a job, getting another job, etc). Unfortunately, real life hasn't left me much spare time lately, but the next part will be out as soon as humanly possible. Please quit begging us about this. Thank you.

Update for Book 12 (DVMC)

The boat's name is NOT the "Pacific Christmas". It is the "Pacific Chrysalis". You will understand this if you read over Gaolun's hint, "Badame". "Badame" is Persian for "chrysalis".

Since it's BT's Policy not to distribute licensed materials

A little more info from the translator

To be honest, I haven't had much time for translating lately. But I try not to translate licensed materials in any case...I don't agree with people who do translate licensed material, even though I know a lot of people are looking forward to more translations; especially in this case, because it's finally come to pass that the companies see a profit in translating novels, and I would hate to be one of the reasons that they decided not to. I might pick up translating FMP: Sigma again since we lost our translator for that one...

Anyway, thanks again for putting this up (since I translated it a year ago, I just didn't want to see it go to waste). Appreciate it
