Oren, I think, is just a familiar way that Kaname addresses Ren. I could be wrong. I'll have to ask Kazumi. I don't get to talk to her very often anymore.
Ono-D is the nick for Sousuke's classmate (and best [male] school friend), Koutarou Onodera 小野寺幸太郎 which is a long name by Japanese standards. I can't remember right off the top of my head, but I think that in the short stories, it's actually written "Ono D" when they talk about him, but I could be mistaken...I'll have to check that tonight.
