In all logical reasoning, no one is perfect for Sagara. Sagara has had to much of a life seperated from normal emotions, it's just been kill or be killed.
If anyone is perfect for him, it's himself!!
Plus Tessa doesn't bail Sousuke out of things as much as Kalinin does.
