27v2 & 28 batch pack... usual rules apply as to where to get them.

Valley Mistress gives Youka 1/2 of the antidote in exchange for his promise
to bring his adopted uncle & aunt's head to her -- for which he has 18 days
before the symptoms of poisoning return. Of course, Dragon Girl promises
to remain at his side whichever way Youka decides to go. Awwwww!! :love: :love:

Bit of the military / historical as Wang & Guo are at Shang Yang, a strategic
location for both sides.. and of course commanded by an incompetent
general who leaves most of the defence to Guo... idiot! Bit of a 'reunion' with
some chars from 1st season...

...next ep, looks like it's going to be a bittersweet reuinon between uncle & nephew
as Youka plays the dutiful son, but is the snake in the belly

About my only complaint is Crossfade's aud was slightly out of sync about 1/3
of the way thru, which kinda messed up the viewing experience, but still...

...and look slike blasa's been permanently removed as the ED piece for the series.

ep 29.... crap, too little time to watch and review... that'll have to come later

EDIT: largely char interaction Youka worms his way into
his uncle's trust and spends the night with him, but his wife warns him
to keep his guard up as she suspects Youka may have picked up some
more details of his father's death; speifically she was the one that killed him.

...kinda wish Crossfade kept the preview for the next ep in their encode...
unless there wasn't one to begin with.

Caught up to 31... be nice if DragonGirl got an action scene or two.
Youka's torn between admiration for his adopted uncle and his desire
to live out his days with DragonGirl. Meantime, Guo Fu is up to her
conniving ways, planting crazy ideas into the two brothers' heads that
if they do something fantastic, she'll finally pick between them... and
tells everyone it was the brothers' idea in the first place! B*TCH!!

...I keep watching with interest and anticipation!

#32 Youka / Guo Jing face off against the Mongols' best fighters... odds, anyone?
They MAY have overplayed Guo Jing's abilities... since an ep or two ago,
the guy hasn't had a rest, yet he fights like he's got unlimited stamina :think:
Blah blah blah... meet up with the blacksmith from S1 and Youka finally
finds out the truth of his father. Blacksmith sacrifices himself -- in a rather
contrived scene -- so Youka can escape with his uncle, his dying wish that
Youka doesn't hold his father's death against Guo Jing or Wang Yung. Awww!!
Looks like things are headed for a reconciliation....

...I REALLY have to get some quality family time and rewatch that LA series again
end to end

#38 little bit of a breather... seems Le Mok Sau's poisoned needles have done
some good for a change and held the Jouka poison in check partially.
Meantime, DragonGirl finds out about the truth the night the Taoist guy
raped her while she was helpless... and ponders what this means for
her & Youka. Meantime, I'm SURE GuoFu's cooking SOMETHING up...
you think her manipulating the two brothers is the worst she's got... you haven't
seen anything yet :storm:

#39 Guo Fu's b*tch side is revealed, DragonGirl's heart is all confused as to
what she really is doing with Yang Guo, shows of just WHAT she can do when
provoked NICE!! :-D

...and they REALLY did it!! :shock: Watch to find out what I mean...

*shakes head* if you think certain anime loves are unrequited / drag on
forever, should see how long it takes for DragonGirl & Yang Guo to sort things
out finally....

just watched ep 40. that guofu is really a spoilt brat through and through. the fault is always others and never hers. could not bring myself to sympathise with her at all.
