Well, the industry is certainly not unaware of the fansubbing scene. One of the reasons that "Naruto" took so long to be licensed was that the companies
_knew_ it was a big hit from the amount of traffic with the fansubs, and so they got into a bidding war, and then I guess the companies weren't prepared to risk it after all. No idea what kind of deal ShoPro made, anyway.

hmm when i was at the verge of giving up destiny... ep 21 changed everything... i was glad i didn't give it up

spoilers: Athrun wakes up in the morning and find mia sleeping beside him... Mia vs Lunamaria round 1!!!! Athrun gets the cold shoulder from lunamaria after that.... wonder whether athrun has already given up cagalli hmm?? and gouf ignited pilot joins minerva... stella and shinn semi nude time(with this i mean topless) until athrun and sting come pick them up and separates them... seems like stella and shinn relationship is already heating up. and we get to see more batlle next ep with minerva and arch angel meeting i think....

#21 Athrun loses that 'cool commander' image he's been cultivating since
he joined FAITH... LITERALLY!! *ROTF *
He's gonna have a HELL of a time trying to explain THIS one to his subordinates.
Meantime, are Mia's feelings for him genuine, or is she just playing her role...
albeit with alittle TOO much enthusiasm?

Dulandal installs ANOTHER croney on the Minerva... stacking the deck, are we?
Thankfully Athrun managed to keep his cool during that time... tho it would've
been a hoot to watch 'the Hero of the Cruz Squad' trying to keep a straight
face with Mia draped all over him during the guy's intro

More of Stellar's overall mental unbalance... if her past is as we speculate:
a reanimated clone with (genetic) memories, well... Shinn does his best to
ACT like a gentleman, getting (love) scratched by Stellar in the process.
This is one time I DON'T want to trade places with the lucky guy

Next time: Yuuna's BAAAAAAAAACK!!! B*STARD!!!!! Will Cagalli
& co. be forced to fight the country they know so well? Well, if it puts
Murrue back into her old position again... BRING IT ON!!!

ep 22 all i gotta say is one hell boring epsiode it is the next ep that is going to be interesting....

in ep 22 we all hear the strategies both sides are taking to start killing in the war and we have a little comedy part about athrun and the minerva crew.... oso the war just starts and at the last moment b4 minerva launches the taunhauser at the orb ships... freedom appears and blows the taunhauser up...>.< why why do they have to make us wait another week

#23 AHHH F*************************************CK!!!!!

Freedom blows away Minerva's positron cannon and Archangel joins the
scene. Cagalli -- in her Strike Rouge Gundam no less -- makes her declaration
for ORB forces to pull back. She still sounds her idealisitc self, but she's gonna
have to make a decision soon: fish or cut bait as a MAJOR firefight breaks out
when ORB & EAF forces close in on the crippled Minerva. Yuuna, the mofo,
keeps taking it from the rear end from the EAF, Neo in particular. Dumb jerk
doesn't know s*t about anything, and he's like a 5yo with a gun, but just
discovered about the safety.

Having decided his place in this war, Kira goes into SEED mode and starts
crippling both ORB and EAF forces, with Waltfeld and Archangel backing
him up. Of course, Talia doesn't QUITE know what to make of Kira's move
of taking out her main weapon then covering her, so she orders her own
forces into action. Heine & Stella go a few rounds... you think she was
pissed at Shinn... you ain't seen nothing yet, boys and girls. Unfortunately,
we'll never see those two go at it as Heine gets shishkabobbed barely two
eps after his intro....

Suffice to say, while Kira largely kept each side from taking each other out,
he's fully at the top of everyone's s*t list:
- Athrun, for letting Heine die
- Shinn, for besting him
- Stellar, for interfering in her battle
- Talia, just cuz
- Yuuna, just cuz
- Neo, just cuz
....

I KNEW getting and watching this ep early would be bad... CAN'T WAIT FOR MORE NOW!!!
As for a sidenote.... wonder what they plan to do with Millia. She got
screentime photographing the battle, but....

I assume she's connected to resistance types, and will be helping to bring the
EAFs abuses and atrocities to light, while also letting people know that there might be a third way- i.e. Not just Zaft and not just EAF. I figure she'll rejoin the crew of the Archangel at some point though... The Archangel has two Tannhaeuser cannons doesn't it?

I only watched the original SEED, but I can safely say that the Archangel's positron cannons are Lohengrins - main difference probably being the side that makes them.
