Also after rewatching the battle between Shinn / Kira

Did they make Kira worst? I mean like if you watch the end of season one and the way he moves, it's so much faster and I don't buy the Maybe he was rusty excuse cause he is da Ultimate Coordinator.

Same goes for Athrun in Savior

#37 IMHO was TOTALLY OOC for the main chars

...f*k slapping Shinn, Athrun should just pulled down Destiny's pants
and given Shinn a good spanking rather than trying to reason with him!!

Talia within an inch of questioning the Chairman's orders... it's been leading up
to this for the last little while, but...

Rey playing Shinn and his patriotic feelings like a puppet... is he showing his true colors?

But Lunamaria by far was the WORST!! I mean, come on?! Shinn takes out
her sister and you tell me she just falls into Shinn's arms in tears?! I'd've
thought she'd have better taste than that!! His ace standing not withstanding...

Time for new OPED #4. Thankfully, Cellphone agrees that the new OP blows CHUNKS!

The new ED doesn't sound too too bad, not as upbeat as I'd like, but...

anyway as i predicted atrhun got to the archangel before he started searching for it...
but what was those tears when he himself said to Meylin that archangel and kira were still ok...

damn shinn is by far the my most hated character from all of my anime series that i have seen...

heh... damn a hole new week untill next ep... it was all over in 20 min

Heh, I don't care what anyone says, Wings Of Words by CHEMISTRY is excellent. Same with See-Saw's new ED.

Now that it's out of the way... only good parts of this episode 38 besides the awesome OP/ED were the scenes aboard the Archangel. The rest was typical Shinn fair: angst, grunt, yell and scream, go SEED, kill grunts, be a complete tool.

We are around the 3/4 mark of the series and the only notable things Shinn has done are:

1. Fight it out with Abyss, Gaia, and Chaos pretty evenly.
2. Destroyed some Mobile Armor at sea
3. Destroyed another Mobile Armor at Lohengrin Gate... or was Athrun the one that took out Zamzazaar... I forget
4. Disable Gaia with the help of Savior
5. Destroyed Abyss and killed the pilot out of the blue.
6. Somehow managed to land the first strike on Destroy (which makes no sense if you watch the episode).
7. Defeat Freedom (even the final blow didn't even make sense).

I don't really call grunt killing day in, day out very impressive. I also don't get what's so impressive about destroying pretty much helpless battleships.

Most of this was done with support from 2-3 other MSes (Lunamaria, Rey, Athrun).

By now in SEED Kira had, along with rewriting an incomplete MS OS and getting used to a weapon he'd never used before:

1. Destroyed a GINN and killed its cocky ace pilot Miguel with... I forget, Armor Scheiders?
2. He went toe-to-toe with 4 enemy Gundams, Duel, Buster, Blitz, Aegis.
3. Owned Duel.
4. Defeated the Desert Tiger.
5. Defeated Blitz and killed its pilot.
6. Deadlocked with Aegis.

For the most part Kira's only support had been a Newtype in a basically obsolete Mobile Weapon (but Mwu was still damn effective).

Eh, you can tell I'm a Kira/Athrun fanboi

I won't deny it, but when I look at the lists Kira's stands out as more impressive.

yup i tot about that i found it kinda stupid... anyway about the kira thing.... u forgot to mention the undersea battle where he just needed a bazooka and armour schneiders

he killed miguel in sword strike with beam boomerangs....
