Why do they feel the need to do their own subs of the trailer, anyway? It's like fifteen seconds and has barely any text to actually translate. I think we all got the gist the first time: "LOL GUNS GIRLS ROBOTS WESTERN D00D"

Anyway, I wasn't exactly impressed by the trailer. Didn't really explain anything new, aside from the Western theme, which...I really dig. The CGI robots were just yawn worthy, except for the part with the 'bot twirling around them guns and stickin' 'em in the holsters just like in the old Western style. Oh yes.

Still, I'm lookin' forward to this.

Sure, that's great to have a choice between "that one group that has shitty subs but comes out quickly" and "that one group that has less shitty subs but doesn't update ever and uses the biggest font in the galaxy", but when I see like FIVE groups covering Shingetsutan Tsukihime at the same time while Sakigake!! Cromartie High goes completely ignored after barely any time, I can't help but be a little more miffed with the lack of variety in the actual shows available.

The thing that kills me in this case is that someone picked up on Cromartie High for the first few episodes and then boom, that was it.

They can't cover everything, but not spending their time doing something several other groups are already covering is a start.

GOOD NEWS! RAW #1 out, so hopefully somewhere, there's a fansub
group that'll do it and not, like Capt McB says, do it just to jump on the
bandwagon...

Now this is a pleasant surprise,

It's Gungrave x FMP x BubbleGum Crisis x Kiddy Grade and
not to mention your standard lets wear less fighting gear.

Animation is up to Gonzo Standard .. very detailed, good use of cg and the characters are very well drawn.
the music sounds very catchy .. ost worthy i hope.

And Boobs .. Where are the huge Uber Z cup breasted women that will hunt you in your nightmares ?? ..... gone yattaa !! ...
Who would have thought it's still possible this day of age.

In the first episode there was alot of dialog after a action filled intro that was up to par with the first scenes of FMP. (Gonzo Standard ??)
Overall i have the impression this is going to be a winner provided the
can make up a story the complements the eye candy.
