Fiction Junction featuring Yuuka... ought to have a good opening theme if nothing else.

Character designs look pretty decent (on the female characters anyway) from what I can make out of the tiny little image there.

saw the RAW .. and it's NOIR with a twist alright.

The overall art of the backgrounds / surroundings etc etc really look nice.
but yet again the characters lack a bit of detail.

We have the proven concept of *start cool music* kill the baddies dropping them like flies, and every bullet in my direction just can hit me * stop cool music*
But this time a gunfight almost looks like a passionate dance of death.

I really hope they have learned from last time and introduce some more and different music.

Gonna watch the subbed soon and hope this time it makes sense.

Edit: nope it didn't ... who cares anyway :-D

Well... already from the first episode this is no Gunslinger Girl, and I probably won't enjoy it as much as I did that.

But it's seems like an alright anime, just average.

Next is Bakuretsu Tenshi...

dressed in a long-cut evening dress :-D Meh, my attention was split

If it does, let me know, I need to clear my mind of the guilt for abandoning Variable Geometry.

getting ANBU / Lunar #2 now... will give a summary in a bit

REVIEW: Crimson Moon. TOTALLY different locale, now we're back to civilization,
with some rich-girl type. I was ready to put my fist thru my screen at the
number of times I heard Ojo-sama inside the space of 1min 30secs
So what's a sleepy girl, a french maid, a premontion of rain, red shoes,
1,359billion for a rare sculpture, the words Gazth-Sonika, a former
neighbor-turned-businesswoman, a picturebook of bloodstains and 'an
invitation to insanity' have to do with Madlax?

...who knows, hope this picks up soon! Oh yeah, WHOLE ep just to
catch a glimpse of Miss Evening-Dress in Hong Kong (I think) in the rain

#3 available.... oh, I'm hoping, but why do I get the feelings my
dreams are about to be dashed...

Kinda good feelings, kinda bad. The words Garza-whatever's explained
finally (some country in the middle of a civil war). Quick cameos by
the two kids from the first ep, and the Ojo-sama of last ep -- what's
their role exactly? Not too bad action this time around: Madlax
(as is her codename) is hired to kill the head of Garza-whatever's military,
but he's the one that did the hiring. Seems he's tired of being controlled,
and wants to go out with a bang. A nice touching 'I want to meet you
before I kill you' scene under moonlight between our Miss now-dressed-in-
something-filmy-and-a-bra and soon to be No-Head-No-More... We also
get introduced to a tough-talking-but-comes-in-a-VERY-nice package
security-type who squares off with Madlax.

Music ain't to shabby either. Hoping for a BG collection for this series sometime soon.

I'll let you know if and when this is all explained
