Although this series was released in year 2000, it's my new favourite comedy/sci-fi anime.
Our heroine Miyu, was left alone in Japan, after her parents went to America to work at NASA. She was told to stay at the house of a friend of the family. Well she was told that it's the big house with a fantastic view on the town. When she arrives she realizes that in reality it's a buddhist temple, and an top of that, the friend of the family Mr Saionji decides to go to India to train, so he leaves Miyu alone with his son Kanata.
And if it weren't enough a spaceship crashes into the temple, carrying an alien baby and his not so capable sitter pet. Oh, and to make things worse the baby has very interesting psychic powers.
I've found this anime very entertaining. It's perfect for relaxation.
