FullMetal*Panic!

Has anyone seen this anime... I read the article about it in the July 04 Newtype USA.

Basically the story is this guy, Seiji Sawamura, is a feared street fighter and has a right hook so dealdy its called the Devil's right hand. There is this girl in love with him named Midori Kasugano who some how becomes Seiji's right hand after falling into a sort of sleep.

Seems like a funny concept, now this guy has to live with this cute little girl as his right hand. Apparently with Midori as his hand, Seiji starts to soften and starts to fall in love with the girl.

Thats the basics that I read from the newtype article.

It looks like a fun show, imagine having to go to the bathroom and you right hand is the girl you kinda, sort of, maybe, most likely are in love with.

Nani?? so many good memories were formed in that thread... well, maybe not.

I saw all 13 episodes... or was it 12? Anyway, I finished it, pretty good if you ask me.

At first I thought it was going to be an action packed romance type deal since "Mad Dog" Sawamura (I still crack up at that name) was a streetfighter. But it turned out that the actually fight scenes aren't that common.

I'll never forget that poor guy getting back suplexed on concrete though... OUCH

I managed to download the first 5 Manga with translations. Manga has quite a bit a fighting, short scenes though. I got interested in it after teading about it in Newtype thats why!

Sadly they only have up to issue 6.
