I'm not really sure if I have a top favorite in this category, because there's a few of my favorite voice actresses that have sexy voices. Some include:
Saffron Henderson
Wendee Lee
Jessica Calvello
Kelly Manison
Cathy Weseluck

undisputed tops... wonderful voices and talent!

The only voice I know is Wendee Lee's cuz she's just so damn prolific.
