Well even though this is an MFI anime it showed up, briefly, on AnimeSuki, and I downloaded it.

Damn what a surprise.

This is a slice of life/fantasy/sci-fi show that is really... calming. It takes place on the world AQUA (which used to be Mars, but was a terraformed). Well, just give the first episode a try. The OP and ED are great, Round Table featuring Nino are at it again with the ED.

When I first saw some pictures of it, I already liked the art in this one.
Calming, I have to agree together with that likeble bgm it gives me that relaxed Yokohama Kaidashi Kiko feel.

So nice art, a soothing bgm and cute characters. lets hope they can keep it nice and slow.

mfi???

There's a manga corresponding to this one (as usual; the manga's called aqua, though, it seems) and from what I've seen thus far it is indeed slow. The kind of Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou slow. Wonder if the anime is gonna be like that too? ^_^;

Actually the manga AQUA is a prequel to the manga ARIA. The ARIA manga seems to carry on where AQUA left off. I'm going to read the AQUA manga soon, it's only 2 volumes.

Ooh! No wonder it's so slow then, heh. Any idea if there is or will be a manga for Aria, then? (Despite being slow it was rather cute ^_^)

The anime is based on the manga ARIA, so it's already out, just not in English.

It might've been scanlated but I can't find it. ADV licensed the manga but I believe it is one of the licenses they are dropping or selling.

yea i saw the first episode, it was nice, a little slow; but i figure it is a slice of life anime; i was a little surprised that it was licensed already tho...

It's not licensed, it's just that Media Factory Inc. is involved in the anime, which means it can't be listed on animesuki and other sites.

Media Factory sent a letter to fansubbers and sites like animesuki this spring asking them to stop subbing and distributing their anime.

Junichi Sato... aka the guy behind alot of other mahou shoujo gems
like Kaleido Star, Pretear, Princess Tutu, and Sailor Moon :-D Well, it's
a short run, and the chars look quite attractive.

OPED available as well As usual, the 1st person to request where to
find it will find their testicles or equivalent my personal property and
their butts thrown out the nearest airlock
