Looks awesome. The 12 sisters look like an interesting idea. No wonder they were going all out, they're robots.

Once again, I jump onto the bandwagon late. Anyways, I've now seen the first three episodes and for the most part I'm liking this show.
Episode 1 -- Fairly decieving throughout, at least in my opinion. The way it was initially presented, I figured the agent woman was the main character as she had almost all the screen time. I also assumed that Katana was the main antagonist (as he was shown first, and seemed to have the most hand in the plot). Of course I was proven wrong on both levels. In fact, I like the idea of using the opening episode and another character to set up the audience for an introduction to the real main character--Mister. And I also admit I'm loving all those gun wielding robot sisters.
Episode 2 -- This episode finally gives us a chance to get to know the real main players, and I was once again surprised by their characters. They're really just a bunch of goof-offs managing to avoid death by the skin of their teeth, which is completely out of character with how the legendary Mister is presented. At least, from what I gathered of his reputation. Never-the-less, they do have some skills, which I'm sure will be revealed over the course of the show. And I enjoy the bantering between the duo Katana and Bishop.
Episode 3 -- Certainly not as slick as the first two. Sure, the comedy was attempted, and to a degree it had it's moments, but at the same time it undermined some of my previous expectations developed from the first two episodes. Another 'escape from the sisters' plot, with very little real development of characters or new story elements other than introducing a rather uninspiring priest packing some hardware. I personally couldn't care less about his joining of the crew. However, that's a first impression, and who knows, it might prove an essential part of the show.
Those are my thought so far. I'll see where this show goes.

I enjoyed watching it and the female envestigater (forgot her name, watch it some weeks ago) was very cool. i hoped that she would be the main character but the other guys were mostly...hmmm... not so interesting...

Yeah, I agree that mister is not that interesting of a main character. He is the predictable "big and intimidating bad-ass, but really a nice guy deep down" type. The female agent/investigator would have been much better. Heck, even if they had Bishop and Katana as duo main characters (and add more levels to their thus far, two dimensional personalities), it would have been preferable. However, I'm still willing to see if Mister can become an interesting enough guy to keep me watching, as main characters can either make or break an anime in my opinion.

And it got broken ... snif.... ep 6 featured the lamest escape EVAR in the history of anime.
