You could use some of the pics I've got for backgrounds!! The largest size should be a good enough resolution for forum banners. (actually, probably any size background is a high enough resolution for a 350x170 banner) You can even use my baby the Tessa in the Sunflowers picture!! *bestows the blessing of use* Some of the manga pictures would probably make really good forum banners too, though a few are not really the right composition. This forum has given so much to me it'd be great to give something back! 
If I can whip up some banners of my own can I submit them here?
I also made a bunch of avatars for a post a while back, but the post has gone by the wayside since the move. It'd be cool if they could be added to the gallery though!
