2nd day back and work... d**ned if there isn't alot to catch up on *sighs*
Year end moratorium my derriere! Read a couple comic books I picked up recently from
Big Dog Ink -- The Legend of Oz: The Wicked West (your Favorite Oz characters
reimaged in a Wild Wild West setting), Critter, and Penny For Your Soul (your soul
in Vegas for 10K?)

I'll handily admit, main reason I got them was the gratituous *ahem* female figure
artwork on the covers

Don't know what I did to myself, but coming down with a cold / flu. Digging up the cough medicine
and curling up in a warm blanked (if possible). Maybe I should hit a sauna as well...

...and just when I "volunteered" to come in and help the weekend after change moratorium. Tis fun

Two pet peeve terminology... "delegate," as it usually translates to "get me [HELLFIRE] to do it," and "do the needful,"
which I swear the next helpdesk ticket that says that I'm going to slam back in their face with the response "please
retrain said agent to use more professional language, as there is no 'do the needful' recognized by this team."

Well, I did get a card Taurec. And hey, it's the thought that counts, right?

Tried WC Saga 1st two missions. I should probaby install the full verison of the thing. I've forgotten most of
the Freespace 2 commands, and I do not have the patience to "fly to next waypoint" in 1x time mode *ARGH!!* Otherwise,
I've missed peeling alittle paint and shooting things in space while "you pathetic descendants of monkeys" gets
flung in my face. Riiiiight, pathetic descendants of monkeys THIS!

Tall and Cold... I FINALLY got my ISP modem into bridge mode, so Killer if ya want that VPN, let me know and
I'll spare a weekend to figuring out how to make it work. Otherwise, I have to figure out why the interface
byte counter is out by a couple orders of magnitude...

Rather interesting story on the Dreamliner... why do I suddenly get shades of the whole Inflamibomb / Lacombustitude gongshow with laptop batteries a few years ago?

Definately on the 'todo' list is a ride on the Dreamliner and A380... just to try it out.
