Quick eye CPOK! No the pic was taken In the begining of the School year. Now there "a Finely tune Company." (Not my words) I run the company that has more Cadets that has rank (Private First Class and Above) than any other company. See hours of After school work works! :-D

Edit: Forgot. Right now I am a candidate to be the Battalion S-5. :-D Also since I have more cadets that went to Promotion Board I curently helping out Bravo Company.
Seems like you need to reem a couple of new ones to a couple of cadets.

I count at least 3 out of uniform and what looks like a backpack on another. Sloppy there SL. Parade formation is also a little sloppy. Standing at ease while saluting?!

Other than that, your parade squad looks good.
Heheheheh actually there was 8 not in Uniform :-D

Not bad. Tho I am suprised that you don't hide the 2 man hole on the right side in the middle of the parade. doesn't look as bad that way.

You have to go to a PB for your first promo?! dam thats strict! the unit CO's over here can promote upto AB without a PB (well at least for the Navy Cadets donno bout the army or chair farce)

Oh and when do you get your fresh lot?

This is my favorite teaching aid

"Really... You don't want to do it... Okay... 1,2,3,4,5,6"

"Why are you counting?"

"Good you stopped me at 6! Now 6X10?"

"60!"

"Good you're pretty smart... Now do 60 pushups knock'em out"

:-D Yes I am a sadistic commander

Or this one

"Everyone start singing!" While outside where everyone can see

Or Mark time march for about good 10 minutes

I thinky my old XO would have liked you. Crusty old clearance diver who was a nam vet. He couldn't tell us about 95% of what he did in nam due to its classifiedness.

Tho I do like making them pack march in the pouring rain for 2 hours or more.

Oh and my favourite dish when someone REALLY mis behaves is old MRE's...and then issueing him/her head duty for the next week.
