Won't work those plugs usually work in a specific range to prevent damage.

Maybe some business-minded soul will set-up street vendor carts and instead of sellling hot dogs, they could sell those Depends adult diapers they use in nursing homes?

I still say bullets that are worth a few cents will be more effective at crowd dispersal than multimillion dollar shit generators
