Mamoru gets pulled to the
Dark Kingdom to meet the four Shitennru<sp?> BTW, Kunsite's actor's
cheekbones REALLY freak me out.... he's like a living skull when he
grimaces. Meanwhile, Mio-chan's up to her usual tricks -- she somehow
connected to Beryl? 'cuz that seems to be the implication.

Too bad Endymion hasn't learned to throw roses yet... but playing the theme
song while he hugged Usagi was soooo cute!

Can't wait for the sub!!

#33 somehow Rei and Ami's parents are involved. Hmmm....

So what IS up with Rei & Ami's parents... DON'T tell me they're planning
to get married or something -- which seems to be the implication...

What? Where was the implication? Did you see the RAW 32 or are you inferring from Noir's comments?

Anyway, as usual, I can't wait for the next episode... I found Makoto's actress more attractive after 31.

And YAY for no Mio... Hopefully they'll wrap up that angle quick. But knowing how they'll write Sailor Moon, she'll keeping saying "uso" until she realizes the truth (10 eps later), or she'll attempt to "heal" Mio to make her good again (if she even was good or human to begin with... they'll probably find a way).

I did see the RAW, and I was left in a state of 'HUH?!' after watching the
preview. I can only guess as what the heck is supposed to happen, but
why else would they bring in Ami & Rei's parents into the story
simultaneously? In a 1/2hr, unless it's tightly focused and/or split into
two eps, two or more storylines just end up not getting enough
airtime to finish either one off...

Just a VERY wild guess / speculation on my part, Tsush

Mio, ITHSMFBO's opinion, should have a heart-to-heart meeting with
a dropping load of I-beams... preferably in the next ep or two

When she took Usagi to meet her boytoy with the doggie there, I half-expected
him to take her somewhere deserted and pull the 'we're out of gas'
routine before...

On episode 32, Chiba Mamoru found a sword, to cut his own path into the future.

Mio is clearly evil, and hints on just what exactly she is was revealed today.

Discent among the Shittenou is apparent. Zoisite has punished for acting on his own. Jaedite is now no longer completely in the dark.

Many questions remain that have been unanswered. We see some tension between Rai and her deadbeat father once again.

You hold me in EXTREME anticipation as to what exactly is with Mio...

So the subs give any more hint as to why they'd bring in Rei's Father
and Ami's Mother into the next ep there, Tsushima?

The subs stated (in the preview for #33) that Rei's father is forcing her to go somewhere... again. And Ami's mother wants Ami to transfer schools, likely to Rei's school.

Minako's illness was very apparent in... somewhere in the 10's or 20's episodes. She was seen in the hospital getting Computer Axial Tomography scans and the whole works. Recall Minako tricking Rei to pose as an idol and sing in front of sick kids?

Also, Minako frequently got head pains. And I recall one scene either when she's talking with Artemis, or when the doctors are talking among eachother during a test, talking about "6 months left."

And about the Shittenou, that's probably how they'll do it, I just said it to add some drama.

About Mio, if you see episode 32, you'll notice that the male idol (I forget his name) is also evil, and at the end of the episode, it is revealed that he was possessed by a youma. Something similar is probably the case with Mio, unless Mio is actually entirely a youma. Expect for Usagi's tears sometime soon

Hmm... I was REALLY off base on that one. Then again, I never claimed
to know any Japanese

...kinda sorta remember this. I think at the time Minako was in Photoshop
doing drawings of that bearded horse of hers. Wonder when they decided
'let's make her more pitiable and give her a lifethreatening illness as well'

I don't know how many females are around here but am I alone in thinking the Mamoru actor has got to be one of the better actors on the series? He has THE most expressive face. He says two words and I feel more than I do when other actors go on for pages. He could create chemistry with ANYONE.

He's not quite as good when he's fighting, but as Mamoru, he's perfect.

Who do you think is good/bad in this series actingwise? All in all it's a good cast, ne?

I'm so excited they got Han Keiko back as Luna's voice...
