The best soldier is one that completes all thier missions and returns

i'm not sure .. sometimes a sacrifice is needed to complete a mission.
and does that make those who gave up their lives bad soldiers .. ?

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

@TAU: That does happen and it dosn't make them bad at all. But you can't exactly send them out on another mission now can you? :)

I said 'the best soldier' not 'a good soldier', big difference. :)

Grey did not complete the assigned tasks. Having missed her first objective (kill Gauron), her squad got eliminated.

If she was one of the best, she would have completed her first objective with Sousuke. It was the rest of the group that was disobeying orders by not following Sousuke's lead. She also could have presented her case to the away teams C/O much better, and could have swayed his decision.

Keep in mind that I never said she was bad, all I said was that she's dead, so she connot be judged the same as the living.

Was she a good soldier? Yes
Was she the best in the list? No

and she's so clumsey she may end up blowing herself up along with anyone that happens to be too close. Needs to keep her away from the toys.

I dunno where she got the rep of being clumsy, I mean we saw her fall down like twice in the anime :P and of course characters saying it also, she didn't seem to clumsy in fumoffu

Well, for one thing, Tessa's physically unfit. For
another, she can't shoot a gun properly.

@ HELLFIRE: What's TPH?

Could Chidori's moving around the TDD-1 be called telekinesis,
or...? :eh: But she's doing that with the help of the boat's LD...
but it's still without the use of physical force. :eh:

I think since the LD is physically moving the gears and controls, it's not telekinesis. I mean that she is communicating with the LD to achieve the task. it's like asking ur friend to get u a beer. he gets it, without u having to move, but it's not telekinesis. it's a physical tool? making sense?

@Kelek
Tessa's sidearm... very similar to the PPK popularized by Sean Connery's James Bond

I'd call that more a visual representation of Kaname having mentally?
merged with the Danaan such that they were basically one in the same.
