Kinda rough, but here you go:

(Scene descriptions)

Promo
Magazine presentation of the film

1. 3 ASes- Kurz's, Mao's and Sousuke's Arbalest drop from the sky

Mao "Let's go, you bastards!"

2. Mao shoots. Really, what is this opponant that the three of them are fighting?

Kaname "Sousuke? Where are you?"
Sousuke "Canicatti!"
Kaname "Buying crabs...?"

(TN: Canicatti sounds like "Kani katte" [to buy crabs])

3. As usual, Kaname is in the dark about everything. It wasn't like Mithril needed to go and buy crabs~

Tessa "And yet you still blame him?"

4. The scene turns completely serious, as Tessa communicates with Marducus on Danaan. Was "him"...referring to Sousuke?

Kurz "Did you know? Hecate was the goddess of vengence."

5. Looking very posh, Kurz talks about the Greek legend. The background is Sicily from "DBD"

6. Sousuke's decisive expression on the Arbalest

Sousuke "Sorry for making you wait. Leave the rest to me"

7. The last scene of the promo film...the cool-looking Arbalest, and Sousuke, full of confidence. It looks like we'll be seeing a lot of Sousuke like this in this production

Sounds cool. Thanks for the translation.

I don't. Like I said, that online dictionary is really handy. Anyone who does speak/read Japanese is more than welcome to give a better translation.

No, that was pretty accurate- Gauron says more like "See my death scene with your own eyes" :D

Yeah, your version sounds so much better. :) Actually, I meant to ask about Kurz's line, since I can't figure out what exactly it's supposed to be. :? The online dictionary gave "active/activity" for the kanji, but it doesn't come across too well.

hmm, Kurz's line is "oresama no katsuyaku"..."katsuyaku" can mean activity, moves, flourish...so with the oresama, he's kind of saying "my awesome moves"

Thank you both for translating

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

This is on fullmeta.com:

"The "Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid" television broadcast starts in July? According to issue 5 of Nikkei Characters Magazine, The Second Raid has plans to 'start airing in July' on an 'undecided station.'"

I'll post more information when it becomes available.

I don't think you're missing much at the moment - it looks like a teaser paragraph, followed by staff and cast credits.

I hate your sig and avatar...

...I mean, what?

:-P

Anyway, how does fansubbing work exactly? Let's say it airs in July. Do people start fan subbing it then or do they have to wait for the DVDs to come out? I know with Fumoffu, there were two episodes that were only on the DVDs and they seem to be of the same quality as the other episodes.

:-P

...anyway, fansubs usually don't wait around for the DVDs...which is why some subs come out just a few days after the ep. is shown in Japan.
