There's a minor character I'm thinking of from Fumoffu that kinda reminds me of Ganguro (though I would say she is pretty tame), though I'm afraid I don't have any screenshots. She's seen in "Uncontrollable Bluebird" (the ep. where Sousuke goes "girl hunting" and things go horribly awry!

) where she and her friend get asked out for tea by one of the members of the Model Building Club (or something like that). She had big blonde hair, white lipstick and thought she was hot stuff! Anyone have a screencap of her?
