W00t! Just as the topic says - New series of Slayers!

Our mighty, beautiful, eloquent, delicate, intelligent redhead sorceress is hitting TVs once again, to blow our minds with her (in)famous Dragu Slave :lol:

Here's a little description about the new series:
Anime News Network wrote:Having lost the Sword of Light in the previous battle, Lina and Gourry continue their journey in search of a replacement weapon. On the way, the two of them meet up with Amelia and Zelgadis in the kingdom of Luvinagard while taunting some pirates. Lina is happy to reunite with her old friends, but appearing before her is Luvinagard's Inspector of the Special Investigative Unit; a man called Wizer. However, Lina is amazed at his unusual behavior...
As you can see, good o'le squad is back again, and I assure you, everything you loved about Slayers is here to welcome you, with even greater force! :D

...somehow, that missing 10 year gap between the last Slayers makes me wonder sometimes when I
watched the first ep. The blatant Captain Sparrow ref was good for laughs... yeah, you'd BETTER have

Indeed. So nice to see a new season of a really old series after a really long hiatus and find it's still everything you love about it.

Ah, Peace through superior firepower... even if others have since gotten hold of similar modus operandi... (like a certain other crazy redhead with other massive UST issues)
