This has been running each month in Dragon Magazine and I think what I had read is that next month is the last chapter in this arc. (October, meaning its probably on newsstands in Japan already)

Yeah, I read on fullmeta.com that the next compilation volume comes out on 10/20...and I can't remember if this month's issue was the end of the volume or if it's next month's issue...I bought the issue for this month (without actually reading the previous issues ^^;;) and:

I finally found enought time to read my download. The smartass AI is hilarious. I'd love to see that animated. I can picture the events in my mind, and they are much better than fumoffu.

Wow...I really liked this chapter, even if it did nearly make me cry. Sousuke thinking about Tessa? Kaname being hurt? It's like all of my worst FMP-related nightmares are coming true! That's more than a bit distressing. But I did still enjoy it.

Sosuke and Tessa? NOOOOOO! I'd be dying if a reputable souce hadn't told me in an earlier thread that Kaname wins in the end. Otherwise, I'd be sick to my stomach right now.
To quote my six-year-old the first time he saw Fumoffu - "Wow! A giant hamster with a machine gun! Super cool!"
