Just curious, who was the -- quote, unquote -- dealer that offered this POS for sale?

Yeah i read in another forum the whole yahoo thing is a red flag for a total rip.

Should i report him to amazon even if he gives me my money back and whatnot?

I'd try to get the money back first. If he doesn't pay up, then report him. If you decide to report him after you get the money back anyway, that's up to you. But if you don't, he'll probably just keep selling them to people.
