Is that so?....hmmm...so wouldn't it be more efficient if you just made a machine that is soley dedicated to the LD? Forget the arm slave and just work on the LD part? Why do you need anything else if u have LD?

Because sticking to conventional weaponry as much as possible is more cost efficent and causes less collateral damage?

And cuz if you're not in an AS and your opponent is, and you mess up just a little bit he'll just squash you like a bug?

At the time of FMP, LD is still highly experimental and only Mithril and Amalgam&Associates are known to have it, and even they don't have the best handle on it.

(I made up A&A to refer to the various bad guys, K?)
